Return & Refund Policy
Morning Fest BD processes refunds under specific conditions only. (SSLCommerz recommended 7–10 working days added)
1. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
- The event is canceled by the organizer
- You were charged but order was not confirmed
- Payment was made twice due to technical issues
2. Refund Time
Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after the refund claim is approved.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Customer changed mind
- Wrong product/service ordered by customer
- Event tickets/passes once used
- Digital products after delivery
4. Cancellation Policy
If there is no cancellation option for a specific product/event, it will be mentioned clearly.
